Establishment of Olviya Company in Oldenzaal, The Netherlands.
1994
Fresh supply of frozen chicken products to Ukraine.
1995 – 1997
Olviya official distributor of Dutch fishing association “The Group” for Ukraine and Moldavia.
1998
Specialising activities to core business of frozen meat.
2001
Establishment of Viola as a trading company for meat products in Poland .
2003
Establishment of Olvita as a production site and distribution centre for fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables in Kiev , Ukraine.
2004
Establishment of Trinity GmbH, the meat processing production site in Gildehaus , Germany. Establishment of UkrFrost as a supplier of refrigeration systems, knowledge, service and maintenance regarding refrigeration systems. First trial period for marketing Olvita ’ s entire range of deep-frozen vegetables and fruit. Further expansion of the project with extra deep frozen storage.
2005
Establishment of Olviya Balt and Olviya RU as trading companies for meat products for the Russia Federation and other Central-Eastern European markets. Official opening of production site Olvita by Mrs. Van Gennip, The Dutch Minister of Foreign Trade and the Governor of Kyiv Oblast in Schastlyve , Ukraine.
2006
Further expansion of the Olvita complex with additional 10.000 mt deep frozen storage and 6000m2 fresh distribution centre.
